In Shanghai's newest shopping mall, Raffles city, Breadtalk a worldwide franchise of bakery's provides the visitors with the smell of fresh bread, Each bread has a name like Earthquake which has cheese toppings on a loaf of bread and bread covered with tasty meatfloss was my favorite. Here the cooks are being spoken to or trained, a rare scene. Anyway the whole area is off limits for photographers and videographers. This was really a test on how fast could I yank out my Minolta, take a picture and put it back without getting a reprimand.
